Berber Corp / UltraTech cannot guarantee that any purchase can be canceled. In an effort to deliver your products as quickly as possible, we send your purchase to the warehouse as soon as the order is processed. If the order has already been sent to our warehouse, we will no longer be able to cancel it.
Purchases Canceled by Berber Corp / UltraTech On occasion, your purchase may be canceled for the following reasons:
* Item is no longer in stock and is removed from purchase
* Unable to charge credit card.
* Credit Card is flagged as lost or stolen.
Under these circumstances, you will receive a notice from berber.com via email that your purchase has been canceled.
Orders for in-stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order, therefore, in-stock items cannot be canceled.
To request cancellation of backordered items, please contact our customer service department using the Web support form and select "Cancel an order or item" as the subject
If the purchase was made by personal check, a refund by mail after 14 days from receipt of the returned merchandise. Please review out complete policies prior to check out.
